It's been a long time since we used them. They do a fine job. They are a little pricey, but I believe that just about all the automotive technician shops are charging a regular $80-$85 an hour. Perry's Automotive Inc.'s price is a little steep, but they backup their job; that's what I like about them. They are on time, and they do quality work. It's a locally owned business, which is a big plus.

Very professional; approachable and friendly. Made me feel that they cared. Replaced parts were returned. Charging $300 (3 hours) to do the diagnosis seemed 'excessive'; however, most every 'charge' seems 'excessive' now a days :(. My Motorhome now runs like new :).

Everything went wonderfully as always. I had been reminded that my 3 year old car was due for an alignment check. Though the alignment was fine, Randy reset several things including my speed sensors. On my 1500 mile road trip, my Lexus HS250h got between 36 and 43 miles per gallon for the first time ever.
The Perry's crew has always been exceptional. Forty years ago they won me over because the owner spoke and quot;womanand quot; mechanical talk. That has never changed. I'll never change my repair shop! They're capable, fast, efficient, friendly, and very honest.

They are very good mechanics. It was a very good experience. They will call you and let you know what is wrong with it and will ask you if you want to proceed. If something doesn't need to be taken care of right then and there, they will tell you by when you need to take care of it so they kind of work with you. I like their customer service and their mechanics are awesome. Their repairs are done right.

Please see above. I will say that the people I dealt with at Perry's were all very polite and seemed to be concerned by the difficulties I was having. However, given how much I spent the first time, when the initial estimate for the work was $46, I would have hoped to get a break on at least the labor cost on the second attempt to repair the car, especially as the first attempt had been incomplete (in that they did not discover the true cause of the problem) and I had been charged for all their labor and a new battery at that time and nothing that they did the first time (for which I paid two hundred something, not to mention the double towing charge) helped the problem my car was experiencing. Had I been running the business, I would have discounted the labor charge for the second servicing by at least 1/2 of the amount of the first servicing.

"After this client's vehicle arrived at out facility on the tow truck we found that engine cranked slowly and unevenly. We recharged and tested the battery. The test indicated a bad cell in the battery. After customer authorization we replaced the battery and attempted to start the engine once again. The engine now cranked at the proper speed but still unevenly, however it was trying to start. We removed the spark plugs to inspect for fuel fouling (they were ok) and we tested compression which was in specification.When we reinstalled the plugs we we found that two of the spark plug wires were crossed which caused two cylinders to misfire during cranking. After correcting the firing order the engine started and ran. A test drive was preformed and Mrs Phillips was called. At this point we had no way of knowing that the fuel pump was faulty as well. I am not sure why the spark plug wires were crossed when the vehicle arrived here resulting in the no start condition and had there been any indication of a faulty fuel pump at that time we would have certainly addressed that issue at the time of the first repair saving her the hassel of bring the vehicle back a second time."
