ONE CALL GENERAL CONTRACTING

One fine morning (a few months ago) I had the greatest intentions and planned some much needed fall cleaning. However, my motivation was halted as I noticed a pool of water creeping out from under the couch. As this was particularly unusual, I notified my husband and we moved the couch. Unfortunately we discovered that a pipe had started leaking in the wall and must have been that way for months! The carpet was sopping and the wall was covered with a jungle of mold inhabited b a variety of insects. My husband and I are amateurs with construction and were ill equipped to deal with severe water damage, so we contacted a local contractor at One Call General Contracting. The contractor, (Brad Krause) assured us that the damage could be repaired and eased my fears about the mold. He arrived promptly and prepared with a tidy trailer full of tools. He was knowledgeable, organized and professional. He explained the process: what needed to be done and how long it would take. He answered all of my questions and I appreciated his patients (especially with my incessantly barking dog.) He restored my living room wall and floor in a timely manner. It looks great! I would highly recommend this contractor for repair or home construction/renovation projects: especially if you want the job done right at a reasonable price.
