We gave Jim a rough idea of what we wanted:
- Remove rock and gravel, add sod lawn.
- Remove portion of fence, relocate and expand fenced area by adding more fencing to match.
- Add plants and shrubs.
- Add raised planter box for garden.
- Add automatic irrigation and lighting.
Being a landscape designer, Jim took our thoughts and designed the perfect yard for us. He handled everything, from trenching to tie into water supply, picking out plants, adding irrigation and lighting controllers inside the garage, moving fences, adding fencing, Bobcat work removing gravel, and also brick work at the front entry to add another step to the porch.
The finished yard far exceeded our expectations!
Communication was excellent. Work was started and completed on schedule.
