He charged us a lot of money. He came out and inspected our plumbing and he was there for only 30 minutes. He used a camera to inspect the pipes and everything was fine. He was very thorough.

My septic tank was filling up in a matter of weeks after it was emptied, and obviously there was a problem.

These guys came in, and were very professional from start to finish, and as we discovered the problems they offered different solutions to work with my budget. These folks started the job, told me what needed to be done at each step, and showed up on time and carried the job through from start to finish. They had some and quot;high techand quot; tools, and knew how to use them! When they were all done they carted off the old pipe and debris, and my backyard looked better than it did before they started!

When he said team I expected him and maybe 2 other guys. Scott showed up the next day with 5 guys plus himself. He had the job done in a single day with minimal impact on my renters. He was willing to work around my/their schedual to gain access to the property. He was professional and VERY pleasant to work with. When he discovered that I was having problems with my insurance company he asked if there was anything he could do to help and offered to go to bat for me if need be. I paid him out of pocket while I disputed the insurance claim denial. During that time Scott also saved a vital section of the pipe that proves that a fitting ruptured to cause the damage. Overall he went way above and beyond what was expected.
