Right on time, very professional, and efficient.

We are quite satisfied with their performance.

For some reason, they don’t seem to have gotten the best reviews online. I thought they were a little expensive but I guess after interviewing somebody else that is not with a big company, they are not really that expensive for what I am getting. They have been keeping at my house for a little over a year now and their first visit is expensive and I think it was over $400 but they were here like 2 women for 5 hours and they did my house from top to bottom. They pulled out all of the furniture. They did the baseboards, all the ceiling fans and fixtures. The house was just like spring cleaning the entire house and then after that, they gave me I think a pretty fair price for every 2 week cleaning. Two girls come out here for 90 minutes and go through my house. What they have a habit of doing to keep the house up is that they choose a different room to focus on like I’m not going to get all the wood in the house polished every 2 weeks but this last week, they did the kitchen cabinets and another week, they do the bathroom cabinets and another week, they polish the furniture in the living room. They are okay to go to the houses kept up and yet every 2 weeks, the bathrooms get cleaned and the floors gets washed. They are pretty good people and they show up when they are supposed to. If you talk to the girls and tell them any problems or things you want to focus on, they are very willing to go with it. They are very good.

They are scheduled to come to our home every four weeks.  It is always a 2 woman team and for me they stay for 2-1/4 hours as I have a 3 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath, plus an office, library & craft room.  This 2 person team is like a well-oiled machine -- they split up each with their own chores and they are extremely efficient.  When they leave your house looks great and smells even better!

Not meticulous cleaning varies from crew to crew.
Always on time.

We have been using them for about six weeks, maybe three times now.  House  cleaners are not that many on Angie’s List and there are not many maids out there but basically it was Merry Maids who got back to us and did a free show.  They are a professional company, so that is probably one of the reason why we chose them.  The truth is, I have not seen them yet.  My wife sees them but I don’t.

They worked very hard and where kind and polite

They are terrific. I have had 7 house cleaners since 1996. None of them did as great a job as Merry Maids.

They brought a whole crew and worked very hard. Looked good after they finished.
