Wow! Very impressed. I'll keep this short. They were not on my list of places my insurance would cover. Within an hour late on a Thursday, Team Cox called my insurance, got me completely approved to use them, and rescheduled me for the next morning due to someone else cancelling. I show up to a friendly, clean, and inviting office the next morning and they have me in and out within 90 minutes. After a week on a Saturday I was unfortunate enough to develop a dry socket (not a pain I recommend). What Mark and Nicole did next was beyond any expectations. Thank you Mark, Nicole, Laura, and the rest of Team Cox for your over the top level of service.

I arrived at Dr. Mark Cox facility on 7/21/2015. The first thing I noticed was the outside perimeter was clean and once inside the building, I noticed it was very clean and comfortable. The staff at the front counter were very polite and courteous. The dental tech were very compassionate and kind. The tech's were very clear about what the procedure would be like and they answered all my questions. I then met Dr. Mark Cox (DMD). Dr. Cox was very porofessional, friendly, courteous and he explained any and all options about the procedure and how things would work. I felt no pain during the procedure and the procedure went quickly and all was good. I would go back to Dr. Cox if need be and I would highly recommend Dr. Cox to any one. Thanks!!  Ron Braxton

The assistant was very nice as was all the staff. The rooms are beautiful, more that expected and the waiting room is filled with high back Queen Anne styled chairs!! I found the assistant charming and easy to talk with and she assured me Dr. Cox was very good at what he does.
When he came in, my first thought was he should be suited up for football, not a dentist. He greeted me and after few words, went to work. The needle was challenging, but with the inflammation, expected and not much he could do about it. After about 10-12 minutes he returned and I could feel pushing on the base of the tooth. Maybe 4-7 times. Then basically, he left the room. I asked the assistant what had happened. She handed me the gauze and said he was all done and the tooth was out already.
I was stunned. I felt no pain at all. and the only time really spent was waiting for the numbing to take hold. I was in and out within
25 minutes tops. He was incredible and I would go to him again. I would encourage anyone to go to him. He may not talk much but he knows what he is doing. The office is very well appointed and the staff was courteous and friendly. No problem with the billing. I have recommended him to others and they were happy with him also. This is the only person I wanted to review because he was so good. Sometimes hard to find people to rave about and I don't like to berate people or their performances, but they are in the majority, by far.

OVERALL IT DID NOT GO WELL... Next without a word his assitant put me in the chair, He said open, I did, and with no warning, or saying this will hurt a little, he jammed the needle into the horribly painful area, several times. I had beautiful teeth from my years of work, and had never been that hurt by a needle. I tried to inform him that I have been treated for years for TMJ. Meaning my jaw could not be pried open too widely or it would go into spasm.
So then he goes into the most painful horrible act of removing three lower left molars. While chipping them away, he was extremely rough, and the sound of the teeth being chiseled was incredibly frightening Then my right TM Joint went into spasm and I reached around the bib to try to put pressure on it, and he knocked my hand down. I was saying, TMJ, TMJ! He said don't be a baby, we're almost done. Afterwards my husband came back, and I was crying, blood oozing from my mouth. Told him everything that happened, and he was furious.
The doctor never said goodbye, or take care, he just left the room. The nervous assistant, gave me a pack of gauze, with no instructions, then she took off. Noone dismissed us to from the room, or the office. We had pre-paid over 250.00 up front!
We just left.
We had paid cash for the entire amount, yet two months later, we start getting bills from them. Plus I got a benefit letter from my dental insurance that they had paid them also! Finally, I wrote to them, showing them copies of the double payments, and telling them to stop sending bills to me, and then I told them I would turn them in to the insurance company, and the Board Of Dental Examiners. I have not heard from them again. I would not advise anyone to be treated in this office, by that doctor.
