Hello, I'm contacted you to report an unfinished job by the referral you made to me listed below and I already paid in full with 2 checks. The contactor has never returned to install the sump pump, claiming that his truck is being repaired and he is raising the money necessary to pay the bill. However, I have excessive water build up now without the pump installed and I paid for all the labor and materials in advance! I completely understand that unexpected problems can occur and this contractor was keeping me posted of progress for a few days, but is no longer doing that. It's been 4 weeks since he partially finished the job. Water is draining to a dug out location but is not being pumped outside because the pump hasn't been installed. So, at this time I need a contractor to install a sump pump that I'll have to pay for again along with that labor and materials. Please advise. I would like to pursue a full refund of $1250 from MAD Irrigation. Thank you.
