We noticed our water bill was 8 times the usual amount. We knew we had a leak somewhere outside as we could not find one inside the home. Finally located the area but it was under ground. Probably freeze broke the pipe. A pipe from a hose bib was leaking just under the soil which he dug up and fixed. He had to run for a part. Charged $30 per hour plus parts. Did a great job in short order. Plus, he's in our neighborhood near the Redding airport.
