He was really really good. We really like him. He did an outstanding job. He got here on time. He got it done. He told us what was happening and everything. He was just a really really nice young man. His prices were good. He was the first one on Angie's List and I gave him a call and he came right out.

Kirk is an excellent plumber, but his customer skills lack everything. The guy is a jerk, and is always asking about an upgrade. His son Dillion is sharp, and is very nice. As a plumber? He can do everything!!! But everything else just isn't worth it. Sorry. TV commercials can try to get business... but the truth lays with the experience. Rate him C-

It took 3 days and nights to atemping to fix the problem before I called Sears.They were here and fixed the problem in less than ONE HALF OF A HOUR to chaged the whole ignition system of the whole lower unit. Day one he came over without the proper tool. Witch I had to loan him.He told me what he thought was wrong and charged me 75.00 witch the ad said free estimate as well as business cards.Day 2 he came by to changed the heating coulping wireing which was done but did not fix the problem. He then told me he didn't have the right part he would have to get it the next day.He charged me $90.Day three he showed up with the part that was to fix it.Wrong again.I then went in and called sears which came buy and fixed it,with the wright part.Thanks to sears. 2 sie the too l,which I had to loan him the tool.CHARGED 75.00 to find out which
