Auto Sales
Initially we stopped by at a time we only had a few minutes to shop. The first sales person was really nice, understanding of our time limits, and gave us complete information on the car we were interested in (he didn't withhold any information or play games). When we were ready for a test drive, we called up, were given additional details on the car, and we told them that again, our time was short. When we arrived the sales person retained our information, knew our time was short and arranged for the test drive immediately. When we were ready to purchase, the sale was smooth. The price was so good, there was no need to haggle as we knew from our research we were getting the best deal out there. No games, no kidding.
