The experience was great. I know a small amount about servicing AC units, and came up against a problem I couldn't fix. Brian walked me though some diagnostics over the phone, then promptly came test our system once I threw in the towel. My system required that he order a few parts. After he left from the initial visit, Brian ordered the parts, scheduled the install, and completed the work without us having to bug him.

Golden State Comfort: Brian Stewart, came out at first for a contract service repair from American Home Sheild. He fixed the problem with our A/C and he showed me where and what went wrong and repaired the unit. We called him out to provide maintenance on our A/C unit. He was very thorough! He cleaned the outside and inside unit in detail and showed me the areas to take caution on in the future. He was also patient and very pleasant!
