After going through a few 'Car salesman' agents i thankfully met Doug and liked his easy going nature straight away. Not only is he likeable, but so is the rest of the staff that include his wife Liz and sister Jenny. He was always ready and willing to show me houses; which he did for 4 mths before picky me found something. He really listened to what i wanted and didn't waste my time. I feel on a lot of issues he went way beyond an agent's scope. His general knowledge on construction issues was priceless and i learnt a lot (being a not so handy 1st time buyer female). This agency was a joy to work with and i can't wait to work with them again if the opportunity arises again.
