Excellent workmanship. Spencer and Tim were very careful about making the countertops level with no bumps between tiles and no slipping of the vertical backsplash and bullnose pieces. They asked questions when there were aesthetic decisions to be made and took care of themselves the rest of the time. Kitchen tile work that was very precise with butt joints and epoxy so that there is a nearly solid bombproof surface with no grout.

The employees were respectful and cleaned up after themselves. They also got the job done quickly and efficiently.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Contacted Eric Ross Tile Co. after another contractor came in and started putting up mosaic tile in our kitchen which ended in an utter disaster. Eric Ross Tile Co. came out asap and gave us a fair quote at ripping out the previous work and redoing the tile work. After all was said and done, the final product turned out amazing and even better than we could've hoped for. They literally turned our nightmare into a dream come true and finished the job the day before Thanksgiving which we were extremely thankful for. They're with every penny.

Eric's crew are neat, tidy, well mannered and hard workers. Our tiled tub surround and floor look great. This is the 4th time we have used this company, family room, kitchen back splash and 2 tiled bathrooms. All is wonderful and look so good. We are very pleased.
