It was okay. The staff was friendly.

Because I have a Home Warranty, it was only $60.00. However, they were punctual, fast, and did a great job!

Work was completed by two plumbers, both named Rick.
 A day or so later, I noticed one of the pipes under one of the sinks was leaking. Rick #1 came out, blamed Rick #2 for missing something, and promptly and repaired it, free of cost.
Approximately 1 week after the bathroom was finished, the hot water faucet on the tub came off mid-use and we had a geyser in the bathroom.  As this happened at midnight, we turned off the hot water and called Enterprise early the next morning.  Rick #1 returned and fixed it, but then charged us for the repair, stating that it had nothing to do with the work he performed.  I'm not sure how exactly he arrived at that conclusion, since he was the one who installed the faucet for us, but I paid rather than argue (should have argued) and sent him on his way, resolving never to hire them again.
Approximately 5-6 months later, the mud sink in the garage began to leak again.  Again, I called Enterprise and again, Rick #1 came out and repaired it.   He then informed me that because the bathroom remodel had been such a large job, they had thrown the mud sink in as a "freebie", and I now had to pay for this repair.  This time I did argue, but got nowhere and since my invoice for the bathroom job, did not, in fact, list the mud sink work, I didn't feel like I had any recourse.  That is the last time Enterprise plumbing will work at my home. 

Checked for possible drainage issues, all ok, changed out kitchen hot/cold valves and woven stainless lines, Greg on time and very clean and professional. Well done.

I have used them for rentals for many years, and had very good luck, the were really good plumbers and reasonable.
Then the business was sold about 10 years ago and their rates became extremely high and I stopped using them. This year I tried them again for two repairs. The first was for a rental and they did a shower repair another plumber had done a year ago, and they repaired it at about half the price. Recently I had them do some other work in a warehouse and it was fast, professional and more than reasonable, actually  cheaper than I thought it would be.
I would give them a five star rating, except as others have written, a woman that works there, owners wife? isn;t helpful at all, and you should make sure you call early in the mornig and get the regular dispatcher.  She seems to have a problem listening and I wouldn't place any work orders with her whatsoever.  Make sure you place you orders with someone else, or you might give it a 1 star rating.

I would recommend them. I had them twice; the first time I would give them an A and the second time a B. 

Experience was good. They charged $84 an hour but gave me $5 off as I paid at the time of service.  Gentleman was very nice and professional.

I would recommend them. They are very responsive and they seem very knowledgeable. The information they provide is very accurate.

Came to do service promptly as scheduled. Greg, the service tech, knew his stuff, cleaned up well after work was completed, was easy to deal with and answered all questions. He worked hard and without breaks. Charged by the hour, not by the project as one of the large plumbing thieves do in Redding CA. Would call these folks again, and would ask for Greg. We have dealt with others on their service staff with equal satisfaction, however.
