Diversified Roofing

I knew my old roof needed to be replaced and when the shingles started blowing off, I knew it was time. I got 5 recommendations from a friend who does roof gutters. He knows the good ones as he has to follow behind them. I have a lot of roof so it would be a big job and the roofer could make a profit even though they would have to travel over 30 miles to get here.I contacted 5 roofing companies. Three of them responded. One gentleman had moved from the area, but was kind enough to let me know he wasn't available. One company called me twice about coming to give me a bid and they never showed up. One came by to look at the job and said he'd send me a bid. He never did and he lives down the road! Mr. Miller from Diversified, showed up and I had the bid within a week. Needless to say, it was the only bid I received so I went with it.We did have to postpone the start date because of rain, but as soon as he was able the job was started. It was completed within a week. I am so pleased with the work that was done.
