I rented a house from Debbie Morton for two years. (I own two homes in another town, and did not want to buy a house in 2005!) Anyway, When I moved out I used a housecleaner that Debbie Morton recommended. I paid her for a "Deep Cleaning" of the house. After I moved out Debbie Morton refused to return 60% of my deposit ($1,000) because the house was not clean. This woman flat out lied. Now I am looking to buy another home in Redding, CA. I would never consider using Debbie Morton. She is an agent, in my opnion, with a low level of integrity and lack of morals.
