Custom Plumbing

The scheduling was great. They did good work. They were right on time and they were very helpful. I would refer them to my friend or neighbor. They were great all the way around. They called and said they'll be here. They were here in 10 minutes. They worked and everything was great.

The company was recommended by a flooring company that I trust. I called them one morning and, after I had initially scheduled their first available appointment for a day or two later, the plumber (Scott) was able to come by later the same day. The plumber evaluated the work, discussed cost-performance tradeoffs for the leaking valves and sink drain accessories, purchased the parts, and installed them and connected the sink and faucet. The work was completed in about 2 hours (including the time taken to buy parts). The system so far has been problem-free. The plumber worked very efficiently and was always helpful and courteous. He also was happy to take a few minutes (at no charge) to explain to me how to take care of some minor plumbing connection and repair issues on my own, as well as to give rough estimates for some larger plumbing work I was considering.
The charge was on a time-and-materials basis, at $85/hr for labor. I don’t know if this is a typical labor rate, so I didn’t provide a rating for price.

We've worked with them on number of occasions. We've done about $10000 worth of business with them over the last years. They are great. They are clear about what they are going to do, they are on time, they clean up after themselves and they are polite. The crews do all stuff.
