While the staff is friendly and professional (Honda), I found that the cost of the job to be high. Also, they made strong recommendations to do services that were not needed.
In the past, I have had to take the car back and have them re-do the repair as it was not done correctly or did not fix the problem.

My first visit went extremely well when I went in for a recall notice. I was amazed at how nice they were. This time I had their coupon for an oil change. The coupon cost was the same price as the regular cost so there was no "savings." Also it did not take into consideration that synthetic oil was recommended for my car so the cost was actually higher. They wanted to charge me $12.50 to rotate my tires because I did not originally buy the car from them. Why pay that when General Tires or Les Scwab will rotate them for free? They also told me that they sell tires just as competitively priced as other places. Then why not change my tires for free and create customer loyalty??? I will go back to General Tires who rotated them for free. I am not sure who I will go to for an oil change. I may schedule it with the dealer I bought it from in another city--and I bought it there because of bad service at this location in previous years with other vehicles.

My service with them is good. Everything about them was great except the price. Since the work did not fall under my warranty I had to pay from my pocket. They kind of get you in the corner if you want your warranty up. They were very professional.

We put it in for a recall and they had to replace the cam position sensor on the truck. After that was done the truck's computer threw some injection codes and the truck started losing fuel economy. So I took it in there and had personality issues as well as technical issues with the people there so I took it to another dealer. I had a case of misinformation from Crown and have had earlier problems with them. I will never go to them because their service writers are not very good mechanics in diagnosing on the spot. Their attitude is what I don't like and there is no negotiation in them.
