CRACKMASTER WINDSHIELD REPAIR

Jeff, the owner (a crackmaster) was pleasant on the phone and performed the repair in less time than he estimated. I waited in the pleasant waiting area. He was very informative and saved me and State Farm from replacing the windshield.

Jeff fixed that also, and didn't charge me anything extra! A complete warranty as long as I own the car. Saved me 150$ from my insurance deductible, and all the hassle that goes along with it!!

When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by Jeff and shown what he would be doing to fix the windshield. He asked me if I had full coverage and asked me what insurance I had. Unfortunately our insurance didn't waive our deductible so we would have to pay for the repair. He said it would take about 40 minutes and he guaranteed his work. Jeff said he didn't do full windshield replacements so if for some reason his repair failed he could possibly redo it or if not he would refund my money. He had a nice waiting area and offered free water or sodas while I waited. Overall I was extremely saitisfied with his service and the cost of $49 and would highly recommend him.
