They're very professional! Their kennel is very clean, and they're very attentive to the dogs. They take detailed information about your dog and the needs of your dog. The ratio of people to dog is very good. It's like they get a lot of attention there. They're outside the lot, and they accommodate any extra stuff that you need for your animals. The dogs come home smelling clean. They clean up the kennels three times a day. It's air conditioned. They're easy to reach. You can call and check on your dog at anytime you want to. They're very accommodating. When you come back to pick up your dog, the girls that took care of your dog will come up and brief you on how his day went. They do cats also. Their runs are very large. They have a variety of sizes of kennel runs. If your dog is friendly, they will find someone else for your dog to play with. I never ever had a problem with them. I couldn't find a good panel here like this kennel. This kennel really does what they said they're going to do. They're serious with their business.

We have been taking our cats there for 2 years and have a very caring staff. The groomer is terrific.

This place was recommended to me by a neighbor and I was very impressed when I went up and checked it out. The place was very clean and the people there were really good with the animals that were boarded at their facility. My cat had a two room apartment and she had access to a play room for a period each day. She seemed to be very well taken care of and appeared to have been given lots of attention. I will use these services again.

Tucker's visits have always gone well.
I feel very comfortable leaving him here. I am not use to boarding my dogs as I usually take him with me.
My dogs have always been very special to me and Tucker really is now as I live alone and he is at my side almost all the time. Like he is right now as I write this.
I am very particular about his Vet, his food, his safety and his care.
I believe that Country Aire understands this and is there to provide a healthy, clean and enjoyable stay for him as well as any animal in their care.

This was my first visit back to Country-Aire in over 5 years, and in past years have always been happy with how my dogs have returned home after staying there. This time, I dropped off my dog on Sunday morning and everything went smoothly. I had already filled out the registration forms and provided the necessary vet vaccination info, so I was able to drop and go. On my return 4 days later, my dog was ready to go home happy and refreshed. I appreciated being able to provide my pet's bed for her stay, which I got back in good condition. Steve and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely be visiting there again.
