Description of Work: They picked up the tv, fixed it, brought it back and reinstalled it. They checked to make sure all outside components were working properly. I had them take another tv I had with them to fix also. I will continue to use their services. | | | | |

 + -1 moreI called them in the morning 10/31/2011. I told them what it was doing , and , that I suspected the bulb was bad (had happened a few years ago). The person on the phone acknoledged that that could be the problem, varified that they had a bulb in stock, and told me that they could be to our house between 11 and 2. He quoted me a price for the bulb and the service call. A tech showed up about 1:30, installed the bulb and presented me a bill for exactly what they had quoted. The TV works great!!
