We used them last summer. They design their own way of putting things in. It is easy to get to if something goes wrong. It is all fibre glass. There is a bottom to it. No pests can get in there. We get our supplies from them. They can come out on a Sunday. He was very professional. If there is a problem they are here to take care of it. Our neighbours got one also.
