We received excellent service. Brian returned our calls promptly and showed up at the agreed upon times. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The clean up was fantastic.

Excellent. They were quick efficient and went above and beyond the vine removal - which was pretty extensive in itself. There was a young oak tree growing between an old wooden fence and a chain link fence. Probably 2-3 inch trunk already. This would have caused huge problems if left unattended. They cut the tree down without batting an eye. There was also a fairly large (dead) branch hung up (way up) in our Sycamore left over from a storm. They climbed up the tree and dislodged the branch. No extra charge for any of these extras. They just saw what needed to be done, primarily for safety, and did it. Very impressed!

Brain was fast, very professional, and brought the tree down safely and expertly.

This is the 2nd time we have used Brian's Tree Service. He did a good job the 1st time, but this time he did a GREAT job. Our trees were overgrown, hanging over the house and at times would hit our chimmney in a high wind. He also completely took down a huge apple tree that was damaged in the December wind storm. He showed up on time that morning with enough men to get the job done. They did a great clean up job for the amount of "tree" that was on the ground when they were done. We think the price was just right for the big job he did. The only draw back was after we talked about what we wanted he told us he would be able to do it in 2 weeks. 3 weeks later we had to call him and then he came in a few days. We recommend him highly.

He didn't cut down the trees because he said that he hadn't brought any equipment for it. But that was the reason I had called him, and that was what we had discussed. He took forever to get back to me. We talked once, he came out and gave me an estimate, and then I couldn't get hold of him for a long time because he was so busy. I honestly don't know whether I would recommend him. They worked fast, they worked well, and the person who was supervising might have done a good job. Maybe I didn't make myself clear, or he didn't understand that these trees absolutely need to come down. I don't know if his price is competitive or not, I had asked four others also to give me estimates, but they didn't show up and I never got an estimate from anybody else. I don't know what the going rate is, but he charges $135 an hour for three guys, and I thought that was fairly reasonable. I was coming down with a really bad migraine, and I had to go lie down, so I had to pay him early. He said that they had about another hour and a half of work to do, but they were gone in about twenty to thirty minutes.
