Their technician made a mistake that ultimately caused approximately $6000 damage to our home. Mistakes happen. However, people need to take responsibility for them. Our home was not back in normal condition until September. Had these folks acknowledged their culpability right away and engaged their insurance company immediately this would not have dragged out as long as it did. | |We would not be near so upset had the owners just acted quickly to investigate our concerns, and apologized for the disaster. To date, not a word that they were sorry and understood what we went through. | |I have received multiple emails from Angie's List asking about our experience. I have put off responding until now. An apology for the mistake and the subsequent delay upon delay by them and their insurance company would have probably made me post something positive. Again, mistakes happen and someone should not be ripped apart for one...if they accept responsibility graciously, that is!

They provided excellent service and they were very punctual.

They looked at our dishwasher and let us know it would be cheaper to buy a new one then fix the old one. They call you if they are running late. They will call before the stop before you. Their customer support is excellent. They can fix almost anything mechanical wise. We have used them for 25 years.
