Mark, the bulldozer operator was fantastic. He had a great understanding of the local topography and gave excellent advice on clearing and improving our land. He used his 'dozer like he was holding a rake, moving big rocks and trees with ease. He worked quickly and efficiently.
We had several loads of gravel delivered, JT the driver, did a great job of spreading it out which saved us some extra work.
There was a misunderstanding with the sales office about which type of gravel was to be delivered, so we spoke with one of the owners, and they resolved things promptly and professionally. We ended up taking the load they brought, and they gave us a deal on the second load.
iWe also had a load of top soil and mulch delivered. The Ph in the soil was a bit low, but otherwise it seems fine.

Since I wasn't with them and I can only observed from the window and they seemed to be fast and accurate and no issues whatsoever came up.
