Being a homeowner it seems as if there is always something that needs repaired, replaced, or maintenance done. Super thankful for Mike making it not so dreadful. He has literally been only a phone call away at times and has been very responsive and personable. It has never felt like I was just another customer. This is why I like supporting small business like this so much! AIR PRO'S magnet has been stuck to my fridge since the first time needing service and as long as he's in business, he has my business!

Fantastic! Mike is really knowledgeable and conscientious about what he does. He checked out our old unit and did a lot of research to make sure the new unit was compatible. Once the new unit was in and charged, he made sure to come back within a week to make sure it was cooling the way it is supposed to. The weather has cooled considerably, but the unit is working well. Mike is going to come back again in the spring on a really hot day just to make sure everything is still working properly. In the meantime, if we experience any problems, he is only a phone call away. He really goes above and beyond to make sure the system is working properly. He knows the value of being available for service calls and he gets the job done promptly. I really can't say enough good things about him.
