Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Steve (owner) was prompt, professional, and listened to me. I believed our blower motor was bad and he removed and tested after all the dust was blown out/ cleaned. Steve indeed found it to be faulty and showed me what part to order and from where so I could save some money. He also showed me how to install the unit. Obviously he offered to get the part and install but seemed genuinely concerned about me saving money. What a refreshing outlook. I did have him replace the thermocouple. His expertise and knowledge was obvious from the start but his willingness to listen and show me how everything worked was what I appreciated the most.
