AAAA TRUCK MOUNT STEAM CRPT

I have had other folks do it and they say always to leave it wet; it takes a day to dry. This was not wet, it was damp and it was all dried up. They were thorough. I made an appointment and he came five minutes ahead of time. They said it would take one and half hours for the work. I took off from work for that time and it was perfect. I don’t have any complains. They were very professional. I would use them in the future.

I would not recommend them to anyone. They are awful and way too expensive. They left the carpets way too wet. This is a brand new home and some of the carpets are rotting and I believe it is because they left it way too wet on a concrete slab. They tried to sell me things for double the money that I could get downtown. When I called them back to try to explain things, they didn’t acknowledge anything and they said carpets are supposed to be that way. I used to do carpet cleaning and my carpets were never that wet.
