The technician was friendly and very accommodating. I was putting a cranky grand baby down for a nap and my husband works nights. He did all his work and didn't wake up either of them. He was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. He also gave us tips on maintenance, and what trouble signs to look for in the future. His goal was the safe operation of our furnace. Would definitely call them again!

A&R is VERY professional and punctual. Their attention to detail was comforting throughout the process. Brad and his crew did everything they said they would do with obvious skill. 

They fit me in on the same day, at a very busy time of year and they fixed my air conditioner. The owner, Brad came out to do the work. He was very prompt, polite and professional. I have been using A & R Air Conditioning for over 20 years, would definitely call them again.

The contractor arrived on time. All work was done in accordance with the signed Service Order for the price quoted. I was pleased to see that the company owner Brad supervised all the work personally. The entire replacement of a large roof-mounted air conditioner was done within a day with the installation of the attic fan occurring a few days later.

I found Brad to be extremely professional in all the dealings I had with him. The work was done on time and in accordance with our agreement and there were no "nasty surprises".

Mark and Jeremy arrived on time, and efficiently diagnosed the problem with the heating unit. The bad part (a fan capacitor) was replaced from their supply, and the unit was checked for proper operation. They also checked many of the other components, even those that were working properly.
I had lots of questions, and both guys answered my queries in easily understood terms.
I would not hesitate to use them again.

We highly recommend A&R.  Brad and his crew were always here on time, they were professional, and they kept our house clean during the installation.  They worked quickly and tirelessly to ensure that we were 100% satisfied, even down to the finest details like fine-tuning the fan speed and programming our smart thermostat.  They also ensured that we had all of the right documentation to submit our rebate application to the City.  We could not be happier with the results!  Our house is now a cool oasis ideal for escaping Redding's intense heat.
