Went very well, and very fast. I am totally satisfied with them, and they were very easy to work with, both before and during their work. The high cost was because of the limited access by any heavy equipment to the big Live Oak in back yard. Lots of hand-work by crew. The crew really hustled, but it still took 6 of them 3.5 hours.

The men were very professional and friendly. The price was very fair and they were flexible when my husband asked for an additional tree to be removed, quoting a fair additional amount for that tree. They willingly shared information and answered my husband's questions. They did an excellent job of removing very large trees that were within feet of our 2 story house without touching the building. They had to climb the trees to do so and my husband said they were awesome. We will definitely hire them in the future and I have already recommended them two 2 people I work with. I forgot to leave my checkbook at home for my husband and Mike offered to pick the check up at my work to save me a trip to their office. Awesome!

The work went very smooth, they really know their stuff when taking down trees in difficult spaces. When trimming my oaks they paid a lot of attention to the oaks in order to cut with the least damage and yet promote growth. They cleaned up very well.

"We take full responsibility for this error on our part. Our market area is not a large metropolitan area, however because of primarily word of mouth referrals resulting from positive experiences, our business grew by over 30% in 2015. During that year, we had only one field rep. conducting estimates. Because of the rapid increase in activity we have added another person. [Member Name Removed]'s call back information was unintentionally misplaced which was an error on our part and not typical of our daily operation."

The workers were very fast and clean. They cleaned up ant debri and the were very professional. The only complaint is that we're were expecting them early in the morning and they didn't show until after 1pm. The owner said he called to change the time but we never received a call. It turned out good and that is all we really cared about

We were very pleased with the service A-1 provided. At the time they were very busy because of a storm that had caused a lot of damage around the Redding area; however, they were able to schedule us in within a couple of weeks of our initial contact. Mike had previously come out and given us a free estimate of the cost to have these trees removed. We found the estimate to be reasonable and competitive with other estimates we had received.
The crew arrived promptly on the scheduled date and got right to work. It was great to watch how efficiently and safely they worked. Within a couple of hours they had removed the trees, cut up and hauled off the wood, and ground the stumps. They cleaned up so well that you couldn't even tell that they had been here other than the fact that 2 trees were no longer in our yard. We highly recommend A-1 Tree Service to anyone needing any kind of tree service.

"The review by Mr. Parker is inaccurate and unwarranted. In reality, the issue was a non consensus by 2 of his neighbor's which he wanted to share in the cost for removing a large oak tree which had previously caused damaged. The neighbor's could not agree on their level of involvement or if their insurance companies should become involved. These neighbor's must be the subcontractor's he is referring to. We do not use subcontractor's. Until they could past this first step, a formal estimate was not provided, however a verbal quote was provided initially."

They were very professional and very organized. They were very careful not to damage irrigation lines and sprinkler heads, and to avoid any damage to ornamental plants and vegetation. One of best things they did was clean up, there were a lot of large limbs and dead wood, leaves etc. and they left everything cleaner than when they started. In conclusion this was a very large job I believe they hauled away four large truck loads of wood and debris and I highly recommend A-1 Tree Service !
