S&R construction is a fully licensed, insured and bonded Red Bluff based general contractor working across the north state. we specialize in residential new construction, remodels, such as kitchen and bathroom remodels, plumbing, framing, finish carpentry, fence repair, complete fence rebuilds or new fence. new decks, deck replacement and deck repairs. both Kirk and JT are owner operators both with over 10 years experience in the trades. we currently have no employees, the people you talk to are the ones that will be doing the project. we take great pride in our work ensuring everything looks nice and is built correctly.
