 + -1 moreOverall I was satisfied and think that Mr. Landau is very knowledgeable and I trust his work and his work ethic. I would recommend him to others most definitely.
Description of Work: I used Landau Construction because my home warranty company contracts with him. I had to wait 4 days for my service work to be completed. Mr. Landau was nice and very time efficient in his work. However, I had made several requests of him, one in peticular was to see if there was power going to my sump pump because the indicator light isn't working. His reply/action was to look at it for a second and then tell me he isn't a plumber. Then I asked him to look at some exposed wires above the range, which he never did. He seemed hurried and wasn't extremely conversive but was professional and fixed the main problem of no power to the outside wall plug and my bedroom light switch.
