Unprofessional, unethical, unreasonable. Do not honor contracts when not to their advantage and unreasonable regarding their "contracts" when used to punish an unhappy customer.

The person who helped me out was very straight forward and honest. He didn’t act like many sales people do. Whatever he said was true.
