ULTIMATE AUDIO VIDEO

We first reported the issue to them in the beginning of January 2006 and they took our tv away to work on it. After us calling them, they repeatedly brought back the tv saying it was fixed but the picture did not work (pink spots in the middle of the picture, formatted for bigger than our screen, etc) and the work took forever. Each time we they took the tv back, we wouldn't hear from them for weeks/months and they didn't return our calls. The work was to be done under warranty but the tv was not actually fixed until over 7 months from the original date with Ultimate Audio Video not returning calls after numerous attempts the entire time. At one point, I actually wondered if they had stolen our tv or sold it off and were just waiting for the warranty company to pay us out. Finally we got our tv in August 2006 and then in early November 2006 it began having the same problem (pink spots on the screen). Ultimate A/V refuses to do anything and now the warranty has expired.
