Overall, it went pretty well. The car was picked up and delivered in good condition. However, I felt that our representative could've been better at telephone contact, keeping us informed of what was going on. I'd received about 12 quotes and researched the company's BBB ratings, etc. TE was right in the ballpark for what we wanted to pay. $115 was to be the broker's fee, and $425 was to be paid to the driver upon delivery. They'd estimated 3-10 days to find a driver. After 10 days, we'd only had 1 driver call, and he wanted more $ than $425. We ended up raising the amount we were willing to pay the driver, since it seemed like the quotation was underbid and was delaying our delivery. Two days after we'd tacked on another $50, TE called and said a driver had contacted them and agreed to do it for $75 more than our original driver fee. Since this was still within range of other lower end quotes, we accepted. The car arrived 1 day later than we were expecting it, good cond.
