Rey's team at Santa Margarita Construction was absolutely fantastic! I've never experienced such efficiency with a contractor before. Not only were they on time, but they even beat their estimated projection, completing the repiping of our house from old galvanized piping to PEX in just 5 days instead of the projected 10. Their ability to avoid disturbing the tiles we requested to keep intact with creative drywall cuts was impressive. Additionally, Rey's pricing was very reasonable compared to the 6 other quotes we received. Thank you, Rey, for such a smooth and efficient experience. We'll definitely be reaching out for future projects!

We initially hired Roman Construction to replace some drywall that was damaged from a bathroom leak. We ended up having him do a partial bathroom renovation. We changed the vanity, mirror and lights. We also had them correct shoddy work in our main floor bathroom from a previous contractor They were always on time and did a great job cleaning up. We will definitely hire him again.

I would recommend a better clean up once the project is finished and also protecting the surfaces to prevent material getting on them as of the windows.
