I met Tom at my mom's house; he measured all the windows that needed screens and promised to come back to install them the next day. He did, and my mom loves the screens. They look great and they're very sturdy.

Their varieties of available programs were pretty wide and thought their communication with the parents were not the greatest. We didn't feel that our son learned a lot even though he was there for a school year and don't think that we would go back there. They were not very available and really wasn't any communication. There wasn't any responsiveness because when one child would come the other would go in and there was no opportunity to have a conversation or discuss anything with the instructor.
