I was referred to this company by another contractor who did excellent work in my home. The owner Bob was initially very responsive and came out same day to quote. Arranged for his worker to regrout the pan and seat in master shower, remove existing shower enclosure, and regrout masterbath counter and a counter in guest bath, along with re caulking three sinks. After the worker left, I really looked at the work done and OMG. He chipped and grooved tile while drilling out the grout, there was missing grout in several places, grout was jammed in the frames of the mirrors and underneath and was smeared on walls, floors, and mirrors. The silicone caulking was all over my sinks and counters and the joints were so badly done it was a joke. I sent pics and texted the owner, he got back quickly and said he'd send someone out the next day. Next day, which was Sunday, THE SAME GUY came out and attempted to correct the work. After two hours I still had a mess and he stormed out to call the boss. I was sending text and pics to Bob at the same time. We agreed to let it dry overnight and Bob said he'd call me the next day. Next day, I finally texted him and his response was that his guy does 20 caulk lines/week for him and had for 10 years and they were sorry they couldn't make me happy. He would send me a check for $90 for the caulk job gone wrong. It cost me more than that to me to have someone else come in and clean up the mess and recaulk the sinks. Unfortunately, still had two hours of cleanup and still have chipped/grooved tile.

Very responsive, very punctual and very professional. I thought the bid was high, but it's Southern California (in Northern CA I paid $1100 to have the same thing done to two showers PLUS 1100 square feet of floor tile in a rental that I owned). The work was performed first in my master shower so I could use my guest shower until the master dried. A week later they returned to do my guest shower and there were already spots I could see in my master shower where it appeared the sealer was coming off. I was told I was seeing shadows. Here it is months later and all of the sealer is gone....it looks exactly like it did before.....as if nothing was done. There went $400 literally down the drain:-(

The grout job was inconsistent at best, but the worst was the horrible 7 inch gash in the porcelain of the bathroom tub. They did not tell me, they tried to cover it with white porcelain repair liquid. It looks horrible. I called the owner and he basically blew me off and said he would talk to his workers, but that this never happens and questions that it did occur.
If you choose this company, never leave them alone. Don't let them split up in groups. If they make a mistake they will not tell you about it. This is a very poor and unprofessional way to run a business.

Unfortunately, I had a poor experience with this company.  Despite being told that the owner would be doing the work, three workers showed up and no owner.  They were pleasant but that is the only positive thing I can say.  In scoring a grout line they chipped a tile and told me that the tile was previously chipped, which wasn't true.  Two of the three tiles in the shower that needed replacing needed one corner cut to fit around a tile medallion. They cut the corners wrong.  Rather than admit their mistake they installed and grouted the tiles in place leaving very large uneven grout lines.  They also broke another tile during their work.  When I inspected the tiles it looked horrible.  Luckily I had two additional tiles.  Again, they cut these tiles badly saying this was the best they could do.  At this point I just wanted them out of my house.

Bob, the owner, was available to give me an estimate with an hour of my call. He was able to schedule the work to be done within 2 days. The guys arrived on time, were respectful of the driveway, the house, carpet, and did a great job on the grout...Yeah.

The job went smooth. They were punctual, explained what they were going to do and cleaned up when finished. The shower looks good, not new but much better than I was ever able to achieve. The job took about 2 1/2 hrs. I feel the price was reasonable. ($320) I believe the job came with a five year warrenty(misplaced my receipt) At the present time (6 weeks) the shower looks fine. I'll mark my calendar to comment on the condition in 6 months.

Was very pleased. Should up on time and boy what a difference in the appearance of my floors. I had tried to clean it myself and while it did look better the work the team did was really top drawer. They provided some materials for my use after they left and also some other tips to take into consideration. Because of this minimal investment I will be happy with my ceramice floors for many years to come.

The guys were very punctual (actually slightly early). They put a tarp down on the floor and brought a fan to help with venting the work area (apparently some of the chemicals they use are pretty noxious). They removed the old nasty grout in the entire shower area and did a great job of replacing it with nice new grout. They also got off years of old caulking at the bottom (apparently the previous owners' apprach to the caulk getting dirty was to just put another layer on!) and replaced it with clean new caulk. We left my fan blowing on the wall to help dry it, but we can't use the shower for four days (they warned us about that up front, so we moved our shampoo and so forth to the secondary bathroom for the interim). My only complaint is that they didn't warn me how much dust getting the old stuff out was going to generate, so the countertops/towels/toothbrushes/etc that weren't under their tarp got covered in a fine layer of white powder -- remove or cover everything you can't just wipe down easily, or be prepared to deal with grit on it.

THE TECHNICIANS WERE EFFICIENT AND THE WORK WAS DONE IN A TIMELY FASHION. THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE INFORMED ME THAT THE OTHER TILES IN MY HOME WERE NOT PORCELAIN BUT MARBLE AND THE SYSTEM WOULD NOT BE THE CORRECT ONE TO USE.

THEY WERE QUICK TO RESPOND TO OUR INQUIRY. THE PEOPLE WERE CLEAN, FAST AND SPOKE ENGLISH. THE TILE LOOKS LIKE NEW TILE. THEY WERE PROMPT AND CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO FINISH.
