Jim was excellent. I called him Monday afternoon, and he gave me his first appointment on Wednesday, I wasn't available for Tuesday. He was on time, efficient and he showed us the difference between the dirty carpet and the clean part and it was amazing!! Such a difference! I would recommend him to all my friends and family!

THE OWNER, WHO WAS ALSO THE WORKER, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS ON TIME AND TOOK THE EXTRA TIME TO PREP FOR THE JOB NOT TO DIRTY OR DESTROY OTHER AREAS OF THE HOUSE. THE ONLY RESERVATIONS WE HAD WAS ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE. WE WERE NOT 100% SURE 'HOW' CLEAN OR EFFECTIVE HIS TECHNIQUE AND EQUIPMENT WERE.
