 + -1 moreWE GOT TWO BIDS AND ANTHONY'S WAS NOT ONLY THE MORE REASONABLE ONE, BUT HE WAS VERY WILLING TO TRY AND REMOVE ONLY SOME OF THE COUNTER TILES FOR THE SINK REPLACEMENT. THE OTHER CONTRACTOR WOULD NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS. IT WAS A CHALLENGING TASK, BUT, BY HAVING ANTHONY REMOVE AND REPLACE ONLY THE TILES AROUND THE SINKS, WE WERE ABLE TO KEEP THE COST DOWN AND KEEP THE ORIGINAL STYLE OF THE COUNTERS. ANTHONY WAS EXTREMELY CAREFUL AND THOUGHTFUL IN ALL OF HIS WORK AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, FROM TILING, TO DOING THE DRYWALL, TO PUTTING IN THE SINKS AND SHOWER.
Description of Work: ANTHONY REMODELED OUR MASTER BATH BY REPLACING THE CORNER SHOWER WITH A NEW MODULAR ONE, WITH A NEW SHOWER FIXTURE AND A TILED SHOWER FLOOR. HE FOUND LOTS OF DRY ROT AND MADE SURE TO REMOVE ALL STUDS AND DRYWALL THAT WERE AFFECTED, TREATED THE AREA, AND THEN REPLACED THEM WITH NEW WOOD AND DRYWALL. HE REPLACED THE TOILET WITH A NEW ONE. HE REPLACED THE SINK BY CAREFULLY REMOVING ONLY SOME OF THE TILE AROUND IT AND THEN HE PUT IN A NEW SINK AND FAUCET, AND RE-TILED WHERE HE HAD REMOVED TILES. HE ALSO TILED THE FLOOR IN A NICE DIAMOND PATTERN. IN THE KITCHEN, HE REMOVED SOME COUNTER TILES AND REPLACED THE SINK, PUT IN A NEW FAUCET AND GARBAGE DISPOSAL. THEN, HE RE-TILED THE COUNTER AROUND THE SINK. IN THE HALL BATHROOM, HE REMOVED COUNTER TILES AND REPLACED THAT SINK AND PUT IN A NEW FAUCET AND RE-TILED AROUND THE SINK. HE PUT A NEW TILE FLOOR IN THE UTILITY CLOSET.
