found 100% fix solution

Awesome !!

I had to explain what needed to be done. I expected the plumber to come in and see what needed to be done and take charge. Once I explained he did a great job. He was a little late, and did not come with the right supplies even though I called twice to tell them I needed white caulk. Because he was a little late and had to rush off to the next job, it prevented me from asking him to do more for a fee. I did appreciate him not trying to upsale me right away or invent things to be done. There are a few spots that could use a little more work.

California coast plumbing was called out by my insurance company for a leak and clogged pipe. at first, they were decent and the young kid responsive (Monday). it was determined that they needed to snake the line, so it was pushed to the next day (Tuesday). They showed Tuesday and could not find the clog- claiming to have used over 100ft?? they left and promised to follow up that day or the early Wednesday to get permission from the insurance to get a camera. they never called back! i called to follow up several times and was told Nick would call back asap- he never called and they left me stranded. i had to call and hire another company and they had it fixed asap. i don't know what happened to them? but i hope you take this into account when hiring a plumber, these guys were not impressive. i understand that problem happen, but the phone always work to communicate. it was promised that Nick would call many times, but i received nothing but excuses... as it turns out, Nick and the staff at CCP lied about trying to contact the insurance company, they never did call them. i could not get another company out to service us as the work order was open and CCP was not responding. it cost us $938 with another service that we should have been able to cover with our insurance had CCP been honest.

Plumber (nick) was professional and efficient. Took a look at the problem and determined we needed a new pipe. He went to lowes and returned promptly. Installed new pipe, checked for leaks, and finished within an hour.

Didn't. They never responded to schedule a time. Total waste of money.

Very smooth, called on a Saturday morning, they were out, on time, that afternoon! Professional, helpful and friendly. The girl who answered the phone in the morning, very helpful and kind.

Kudos to Nick, Nelson (the crew that came to our house) and Sam customer focus! We are very pleased with the quality work and professionalism exhibited by Sam, Nick and Nelson in caulking up our kitchen and bathrooms. Sam worked with us patiently as we planned out our project and got the right color caulking. They were very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

It went very well. There was one spot where the caulking shrank and left a tiny hole. I called them and they came the next day to fix it. I definitely will hire them again.

He was not too bad with time. But took some random breaks and was on his phone for lot of time (texting or talking). He fixed one tile that was loose in master bathroom and patched the hole in the bathtub (but in a clumsy way).

Good. Finished the job quickly and did a good job.

Not as good as I expected or hoped. First, they changed the arrival time on me without telling me. (Whoops.) I found out when I called and wondered where they were. And I had to rearrange my schedule that day to be there. Then the "helper" who did all the work was set to use vinyl caulking to fix the shower tile joint issues. Vinyl caulking was already part of my problem since it quickly stains and is nearly impossible to clean well after 6 months or so. What pro puts vinyl caulking on cement grout? I guess these guys do. (No one ever contacted me to find out what I wanted so this was my first discussion about this whole job.) Unfortunately, they didn't have any grout on the truck and the lead guy had to drive and pick some up. And at first he said that the customer was to supply this if they wanted it. Huh? I guess he didn't know about the service I bought which included materials. The helper who dug out the old grout and caulking did an excellent job. Once they had the grout, the helper did an excellent job regrouting the tile at the spots that really needed it. No issue with that. But the offer was for "grout restoration." The only grout replacement was the areas that were cracked or really stained. No problem there, but I took "restoration" to mean a cleaning of all the grout. Foolish me. Then when I asked about sealing the grout (which I knew couldn't be done until the grout dried - about 24 hours), the helper wasn't sure and asked the second guy (who spent all his time in the truck which was okay because I didn't pay for him). He noted that I could seal the grout if I wanted. (Really? First rule of laying grout is that you NEED to put sealer on it after it's dried.) Would I use them again? Heck no! I would rather do it myself than trust them.

All went well. Fast, reliable.

For the first deal, it was scheduled promptly and the handyman arrived on time. He was nice and professional. The work done all seemed good when he finished up, so I bought another deal through Angie's List so he could come back to finish up other things he didn't get to -- however, I got no response to schedule the second appt. after reaching out multiple times. After the original appt, we started to notice issues that evening hours after he left. The sink that was leaking was not fixed and was still leaking. The towel bar he tightened/fixed was still broken, and now worse. He had put a bunch of material in the bracket (to try to make it stick?) that caused the wall to get too wet the next day and expand out into a huge bump. The bracket is not secure and the wall is now ruined, needing a lot of repair work to repair a huge hole in the drywall. Would not use again!
