When they first arrived, they were honest and up front, explaining that our house would need more than their typical 3+ hour service and they revised their original estimate.  With bubble bee, if It takes more effort and time, then you pay more...and isn't that the way it should be?  They were so thorough, communicative, and friendly.  Our house was spotless when they were done.  Hard water stains that were impossible for me to remove on my own on our glass shower door were gone.  They left the house sparkling clean and I now have them coming every other week at a fraction of what we had to pay for our first visit.  You may find less expensive housecleaning services, but I doubt you'll find a better one.

The deep cleaning was very thorough. We assisted in moving some of the heavier furniture out of the way and the dustier parts behind large couches was opened up for cleaning. Just knowing the good job they did makes my wife and I feel so much better, knowing these hidden away places are clean and dust free.

The care Attianna took in making sure every part of the job was done throughly impressed us. She has had a helper on all of their visits, and she inspects their work.

We have tile work running from our kitchen all the way to our front entrance, so the mopping is the last thing they do. We think it is charming that she says, 'we're mopping our way out'. It also leaves such a pleasant scent!

We both love Attianna's attention to detail and her outline of what her plan for her next visit is. We're so pleased to have them as our regular house-cleaning helpers.

They deep cleaned my bathroom and dusted and cleaned my condo.  They were very responsive paid special attention to the details.  My house shined through and through!

Due to the deep cleaning required by my home in the bathrooms and kitchen I was unsure which package deal offered through Angie's list I should purchase from this company. I decided to call them directly to get their professional advice. They did not have me use one of the offered packages they gave me a price of $343.00 for a deep cleaning of the bathrooms, kitchen and construction cleaning of the house.

  I still had concerns letting them know that the home had not been cleaned in over a year on top of the construction dirt and dust on everything as well. I was told not to worry they understood what was required to get the job done and the price reflected the work needed.  I was still concerned and asked if I could meet with them prior to them starting the work so that I would confident we are all on the same page. They agreed after the walk through and going over the specifics of the job they confirmed they could do the work for the price quoted. They even included the inside windows at no charge after going through the home.

It was agreed a deep cleaning of both bathrooms and the kitchen was required. All four ceiling fans required cleaning. The few pieces of furniture need to be cleaned Grandfather clock, oak bar, oak desk, along with six Windsor chair’s. I was told the inside windows would be done for free and that the fridge was included in the price of the kitchen. I need the oven and microwave cleaned as well as the top of the stove and the kitchen cabinets.

I stopped back by the house two hours after they began to see how things were going. They still had not concerns regarding the job at that time. I was walked through the house again. They had completed the stove top and wave oven it was satisfactory. They did mention the shower and showed me that had started work on it. There was build up on the frame they thought they would not be able to get as well as would expect. I said I understood as long as the rest of the show was cleaned up it should be fine.

They completed and left before I arrived back to the house. I walked in and the first thing I saw was the one of the windsor chairs it had been dusted but the missed the back of the chair you could see where they missed wiping the back of the seat. I looked up to see the grandfather clock the glass was not clean. The oak bar as well same issue, mirrors in the bathroom same. Fans not cleaned, fridge not done at all, kitchen cabinets not cone well. The basic cleaning was not satisfactory. I sent pictures of the issues and express my concern. I received an unprofessional reply to my concern about how fifthly my home was and how exhausted they were working on it. I believe this could have be resolved to everyone’s satisfaction had the company come back to the home to review the issues and discuss a resolution. That did not happen and will not happen according to the company.

The cleaning was the best deep cleaning job ever completed on my home.   Atianna spent time doing detailed cleaning and was very professional.  She has professional equipment and proper cleaning supplies to complete a thorough cleaning job. I am VERY happy with the services and have booked them every two weeks.  I recommend Bumble Bee, and I look forward to their return. 

Terrific job overall! The interior cleaning of the fridge is part of their cleaning schedule, which is rather unusual for a cleaning company. Our home did require a fair amount of cleaning, and these folks went about the job very systematically and professionally. Very courteous and responsive to comments/requests during the cleaning session. It took them an hour or so longer than expected, and we did pay an additional charge. But i thought that was fair under the circumstances. We are look forward to availing of their services going forward on a regular basis!!

Best cleaning I've had in YEARS. She got behind the stereo, under the sofas, under the bed...places that are never addressed by my other cleaners...ever. She was responsive and on time. (Super important to me) Also...she put on booties. Nice touch. While the bi weekly ongoing cleaning charge is much higher than what I have been paying...I am thinking that it is totally worth it for the quality of work they do.

Went well. Very through and complete. Used their own products. On time honest and efficient.
