The girl who answers the phone is very kind and you can tell she likes talking to people. The technician who visited my home was professional and made sure to explain everything he was doing while he was doing it. Overall I'm very happy with the service.

My elder mother lives alone and I needed to find a trustworthy contractor to repair her heat. I did research online and found Air Care had tons of positive reviews and were able to visit her home the same day. I dealt with the technician (JP) over the phone from my home in Montana. He was very patient in dealing with me. He facetimed me to explain the issue and took photos and video of the repair once he was done. He made sure I was informed through the entire process which made me feel he was a person I could trust. I will continue using Air Care for all work at my mothers home.

We called Air Care when our AC died in the middle of summer. We needed to have our AC replaced ASAP but didn't want to overpay. The tech that visited our home was very friendly and patient. I had done some research online and had tons of questions. After speaking to a couple other contractors we decided on Air Care and could not be happier. They did an excellent job and we would strongly recommend them.

JP, the owner, came out to diagnose the issue with my ac. He was incredible, it was like having a family member take care of the problem. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and gave me several repair options. This was a relief because we had a separate company out before air care and they said it could not be fixed and had to be replace. I'm very happy with JP and Air Care and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of ac repairs.

It went very well. Marcus came out, arriving on time, looking clean and professional. He was friendly, helpful and full of good information. I had called because I had cleaned my reusable filter, but when I went to put it back in afterward, I saw a wire just hanging in the middle of the furnace-air conditioning unit. I didn't see it before and wondered if one of my cats had pulled it off of the unit while I was cleaning the filter. I wanted to make sure that this wire would go back to where it was supposed to be, which is why I called Air Care in the first place. As it turned out, Marcus assured me that this was a superfluous wire that just hadn't been hidden out of the way. He then turned on the A/C unit and began checking the temperatures blowing out from the registers and went outside to inspect and clean out the compressor. He showed me a reset button at the bottom of the compressor that I'd never noticed before and let me know that I could try that first if my A/C unit ever stopped working. He was friendly and willing to take time to explain things and answer questions. I appreciated this.

I hired them to add refrigerant to my ac. Called and had someone out the same day. Very thankful for the prompt service. I shopped around before calling them and their price was lower then other prices I had been quoted so I feel like I got a good deal.

I hired Air Care to replace my ducts. They were not the cheapest but they were by far the most professional and quick to respond. I have experience in the construction field and kept a close eye on the installation. I can say these guys are true professionals. They took care to protect my home and did their job in a very efficient manner. They answered every question which is what impressed me the most. I felt other contractors didn't want to answer my questions or gave me very short answers. JP took time to explain everything in detail and went above the call of duty. I am very happy and Air Care will be my HVAC contractor of choice going forward.

excellent. XL80 arrived heavily damaged by Trane. JP took care of the situation and got me a replacement fast (with a free upgrade from Trane to the higher model). JP worked to install on a Saturday night 4pm - 7pm. Very polite, honest and professional.

Our water heater went out and flooded our garage on a Sunday morning at 6am! We called a plumber and it was like pulling teeth. No one answered their phone until about 9 am. The plumber then shows up and says we need to remove the furnace because the stand is damaged, right about then I wanted to fain. I called 15 different companies and Air Care was the only company who actually answered there phone. I called at 11 am and had JP at my front door at 12:30. He was so nice and patient with us, it was like having a friend walk us through everything. His mere presence made us feel calm. I cannot say enough about him and his company.

We expanded the back part of our home about 500 sq ft and hired Air Care to install the ductwork needed for the living area. JP was very helpful and super understanding. He took time to make sure he understood all our needs and offered a simple and affordable solution. The other companies we spoke to were very pushy and we didn't get that vibe from JP at all.
