+ -1 moreMy initial phone call was returned the next day. I was asked for more specific information and was told that someone would call me back to schedule an appointment. When I did not hear from them after a few days, I called a second time but again did not receive a phone call to schedule.
Description of Work: I called to request an estimate on pruning six trees.
