Since our condo hadn't had an offer in six months, we contacted Janne to help us lighten it up and make it more appealing to buyers. She identified some furniture that need to be removed to make the rooms appear as big as they are and coordinated moving the pieces into our storage facility. To decorate, she used a combination of our pieces and hers to come up with a neutral atmosphere that will appeal more to buyers. At the same time, it still feels like our home and is comfortable. She was very sensitive to our likes and dislikes. She worked very hard over two days and we are very pleased with the results. We are getting good feedback from potential buyers after recent showings.
