 + -1 moreDifficult to work with. Not receptive to customer likes and wishes without showing displeasure. Not apologetic for delayed deliveries. Be prepared to follow up and be persistent. Never reviewed or inquired about the project when it was being installed or when it was completed. Not by a phone call, email or stopping by.
