Buyer's beware! This group brings in investors and purchases homes and then remodels. This is a great flip type system for many, but this company advertises rebuild to the studs, or fully remodeled. These words and advertising makes the buyer believe all work has been completed. Beware, this is far from the case! Not only do they not pull all the approiate permits,but most of the time, they do not replace the electrical,plumbing,etc.. Please check your local city to make sure permits were pulled. Especially in Encinitas. This is a terrible practice and costly for any buyer. Do your due diligence.
