The front yard and drive way. Their work looks beautiful but was done improper causing water damage to the interior of the house that was extensive. It took months with machines in the house to dry it out before having to rebuild and new flooring. Two letters were sent to him for the expense of just the drying process, not the labor and materials to rebuild the whole area. He was expected to take responsibility for the damage he caused by his work. The first was ignored. The second was also. To this date, he has not paid one cent but charged me thousands for work that caused thousands worth of damage.

It took them about 2.5hrs total (hour and a half for demolition, one hour for haul away). Very timely, professional, accurate to the estimate, and did everything extremely well.  I am delighted with everything he did-- it all looks wonderful and I would use them again.

The work looked beautiful. The crew was prompt and professional but faulty work was performed causing extensive flooding and mold in our home. Flooring, carpet and walls needed to be torn out and repaired as a result of this faulty work. Pierce repaired the problem and the flooding ceased. Personal contact and letters were sent to Pierce with the bill for the mold repair which took months of machines to dry the area then be treated. He has yet to be responsible and pay the bill. We cannot recommend him to others if he is not responsible for the damages caused by his work.
