SOUTH BAY ON CALL PLUMBING

I woke up Saturday morning with a lake in the backyard. After some initial investigations, my husband and I isolated the source of the leak to the cold water line for the laundry going into our detached garage. After calling the home warranty company (leaks outside the main foundation are not covered) and our insurance company, I called a friend for a local referral. Based on my friend's recommendation, I called South Bay On Call Plumbing on Sunday and left a message. I received a call back within 15 minutes and a Sunday house call within a few hours. We are still in the middle of the repiping work, and I'll file another report on how that goes, but I was very impressed with Mark's prompt response, straightforward approach to estimating the work needed to resolve our piping issues, and overall professionalism.

He was very professional and I really liked that he used the video to check my clog. All home owners should do this if they have a persistent problem. It was the best way to diagnose the problem. It did take him a while to get back to me but he did a good job.
