Description of Work: Although this agency is located in Palos Verdes, they seem to have good maids and nanies that can work in West LA and even where I live in Sherman Oaks. They provide criminal background checks, references, etc. and have a replacement guarantee (which I haven't had to use)

Description of Work: The owner sent me nannies that had bad references-by that I mean the phone numbers were disconnected , or were Spanish speaking people who I could tell hadn't used them, or were just Hispanic friends. Not one white person, legal person reference was I given. When I spoke to them about this, they became defensive and attacking. They said the #'s were good and I was wrong.No-when I tried them again-same thing. I was not wrong. This happened not just once, but 2 or 3 times. I stopped using them after thi. Plus, they bad-mouthed a client. This client was given as a reference for a nanny I was thinking of hiring. This person did not even remember her and when I told them that-their response was to belittle and put down this client. It just shows the mentality of this agency. They don't care about their clients.

 + -1 moreTHEY ARE VERY RELIABLE AND RESPONSIBLE. THEY ARE ON TIME AND THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THEY ARE THERE ON TIME ON THE DAY AND HOUR THEY SAID. THEY ARE VERY QUICK AND EFFICIENT AND NOT A LOT OF DILLY DALLYING AROUND. THEY ARE VERY POLITE.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED THE HOUSE. THEY DO IT EVERY TWO WEEKS.
